These GTC govern the sale of table reservations for the event White Dinner Fribourg (hereinafter «the Event»).

2. Object

The Organizer markets table reservations for the Event. Reservations are nominative (without ticket/QR). Placement is determined by the Organizer.

3. Supply & capacity

• Table sizes from 2 to 10 people, your choice.

• Maximum: no reservations >10 people on the same table and no additional chairs.

• Beverages : not included (unless otherwise stated).

• Dress code: full white, chic. Non-compliance may result in refusal of access without refund.

4. Prices & VAT

Prices are quoted in CHF, VAT 8.1 % included (incl. VAT). The Organizer may adjust prices before booking; the applicable price is that displayed at the time of payment.

5. Order & confirmation

• Reservations can be made via the official website.

• Instant payment via TWINT and card (via PSP).

• On completion of payment: name confirmation e-mail and PDF invoice sent to reservation holder.

• The buyer undertakes to provide accurate information (name, contact details, allergies, accessibility if applicable).

6. Reservation nominative & transfers

The reservation is attached to a name.

• Change of name : possible until D-1 (23:59) upon written request to info@white-dinner.ch.

• Sale or unframed transfer: prohibited.

7. Cancellation / postponement conditions

7.1. Cancellation by the customer

Reservations are firm and non-refundable. Only change of name is possible until D-1 (see §6).

7.2. Postponement (weather/force majeure)

In the event of conditions preventing the event from taking place (e.g. unfavourable weather, administrative bans) :

• Priority deferral to a new date.

• The customer may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the official announcement of the postponement (e-mail + website/networks). After this period, the reservation is moved to the new date and the GTCs continue to apply.

7.3. Cancellation by the Organizer (without postponement)

Refund integral of the price paid (including PSP fees) in the form of a credit back to the original means of payment.

8. Access & security rules

• Tentative times : Home 18:00 - Aperitif 18:30 - Dinner 20:00 - Bar 22:30 - End 02:00.

• Prohibited items: outdoor alcohol and food, flames (LED candles only), dangerous items, aerosols, outdoor glass.

• Behavior: respect for staff, guests, neighbors and the site.

• Refusal of access / exclusion: in the event of non-compliance with rules, inappropriate behavior or drunkenness, without refund.

9. Placement

Placement is managed by the Organizer according to logistical, service and safety constraints. Special requests are considered without guarantee.

10. Accessibility

Device PMR on prior request to info@white-dinner.ch. Please indicate any special requirements when booking.

11. Liability

The Organizer declines all responsibility for lost/stolen items and damage resulting from non-compliance with instructions. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the reservation, except in the case of gross negligence or intent.

12. Images (photo/video)

The Event may be covered by photos/videos. By participating, you authorize the Organizer to use these images for event and promotional purposes (website, networks, press), without compensation, subject to your right to object by e-mail before the Event (info@white-dinner.ch).

13. Personal data

Data is processed for reservation management, invoicing, security and communication. Payments are processed by certified service providers (PSP for TWINT and cards). See the Privacy Policy of the site. RGPD/LPD contact: info@white-dinner.ch.

14. Customer service

No D-day hotline; practical information is sent by e-mail in advance.

15. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to Swiss law. For exclusive : Fribourg (CH).

16. Languages

The site may be offered in FR/DE/EN. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

17. Final provisions

The nullity of one clause does not affect the validity of the others. The Organizer may amend the GTC at any time; the applicable version is that in force at the time of booking.
